TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are dedicated to filling your order for tobacco products quickly and efficiently. Our customers may order during 24 hours a day on our secure site or you may chose to call us during business hours to place your order.
We will gladly accept authorized returns within ten (10) business days of their receipt. If an error is made on your order by a member of our staff, we will reimburse you on your next order for sending the incorrect cigarettes back to us and we will also pay for shipping the corrected order out to you. If an ordering error is made by the customer through no fault of Three Sisters Smoke, you will be responsible for shipping costs to correct the error. In any case, customer satisfaction is our goal and we will make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible. We strive, though, to get it right the first time!
